AccommodationRooms have been reserved on behalf of participants in the following hotels located in downtown Montréal and in the vicinity of the Centre Mont-Royal. Reservations will be made individually by fax or by phone. Please click on the name of the hotel that you have selected to print the Accommodation form, fill it and fax it directly to the hotel. Reservations should be made before the cut-off date established by each hotel, to take advantage of the special rates negotiated for the Congress. After that date, the Congress room blocks will be released and the hotels may charge higher rates. You are reminded to reserve your accommodation early. August is a peak tourist season in Montréal. December 2003 rates at 1.31% exchange rate.
