Registration fees include the welcome reception, a copy of the proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks.

Official Receipt

An official receipt will be mailed to those who have forwarded their payment and Registration Form. Receipts will not be mailed after August 1st, 2004. After this date receipts will be held and given to delegates upon their arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds

Participants may withdraw their registration fee in writing prior to July 29, 2004. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 CAN administration fee. After this date no refunds will be possible.
