Congress Registration Information
Methods of Payment
FeesOfficial rate is set in Canadian dollars.
Registration fees include the welcome reception, a copy of the proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks. Banquet tickets must be purchased separately. For more information click here. Extra proceedings can be purchased at a cost of $45 CAN each. Tickets for the technical visits must also be purchased separately. For more information click here. Registration Desk
Official ReceiptAn official receipt will be mailed to those who have forwarded their payment and Registration Form. Receipts will not be mailed after August 1st, 2004. After this date receipts will be held and given to delegates upon their arrival.Cancellation and RefundsParticipants may withdraw their registration fee in writing prior to July 29, 2004. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 CAN administration fee. After this date no refunds will be possible.You can register for the Conference directly online, or by completing the registration form.
